Job Description
We are seeking a customer service specialist for a 12-month temporary position in France with a commercial background. The role involves handling customer interactions via various channels (email, phone), managing orders/inquiries, processing complaints, and supporting sales/logistics/accounting departments. The position offers a multinational team and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training with at least 2-5 years of professional experience in customer service.
- Native-level French and fluent business German and English.
- Structured and responsible approach to work and customer orientation.
- Team player with assertiveness and responsibility.
- Initial knowledge of ERP/CRM programs and familiarity with MS Office.
