Product Manager, Science

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our efforts in shaping model behavior and enhancing the real-world impact and reliability of our models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in new, competitive, fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs or ML-driven products with a strong grasp of evaluation methods and curiosity for model training and iteration cycles.
• Proven ability to align and inspire engineering, design, and go-to-market teams without direct authority.
• Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
• Crisp, persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users whether in docs, decks, or whiteboard sessions.
• Adaptability and low ego + high EQ.
• Self-directed with a bias for action, you can navigate unknowns and own outcomes end-to-end.
