Job Description
Miro is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join their ANZ region team. This role focuses on managing the relationship with state and federal government customers in NSW and ACT, acting as a trusted advisor and driving growth through strategic account planning and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS Account Management and the ability to deliver results in a complex sales cycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of successful experience in a quota-carrying Account Management or Account Executive role within SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets through new business and account growth
- Experience managing the full customer lifecycle and driving expansion opportunities (deals in $50k-$150k+ ACV range)
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to effectively communicate value to stakeholders
- Ability to apply a structured sales or account management methodology
- Alignment with Miro's Mindsets and passion for customer success
