Job Description
As an Operations and Business Intelligence Specialist, your mission is to secure commercial agreements, ensure revenue reliability, and provide high-performance BI. You will standardize processes, design and deploy dashboards, and ensure data consistency to inform the team about billable hours, sales cycle, and revenue and financial performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business operations, revenue operations, or business intelligence within a technology organization
- Proficiency in French and English to handle contracts, RFPs, and client communications
- Experience with artificial intelligence
- Ease with BI/data modelling tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
- Demonstrated rigour, organization, and autonomy
- Good accounting and financial understanding
- Familiarity with contractual frameworks (MSA, SOW, NDA)
