Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience designing digital products within the FinTech or Financial Services industry.
- Strong online portfolio showcasing design process and UX/UI projects.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
