Head of Legal Compliance & Product

Mirakl is seeking a Head of Legal Compliance & Product to lead a team of legal counsels and define the operating model for a combined Compliance & Product practice. The role will involve managing global product compliance framework and roadmap, anticipating and operationalizing upcoming global regulations, and partnering with Product and Engineering to develop compliant products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product-facing compliance, regulatory strategy, or product counsel roles within tech/SaaS
• Background in a top-tier law firm and/or experience in an Anglo-Saxon environment
• Deep understanding of EMEA regulatory landscapes relevant to SaaS platforms and marketplaces
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Product/Engineering to develop compliant products at pace
• Proven management experience, with the ability to build and scale a new practice from zero-to-one
