Health Systems Integration Officer

MiracleFeet is a global nonprofit working to eliminate one of the leading causes of physical disability worldwide. The Health Systems Integration Officer will lead strategy to integrate clubfoot screening and treatment into national health systems, building strong government and civil society partnerships to ensure sustainable access to clubfoot treatment through public health systems.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Policy, International Development, or related field
• At minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in advocacy, health systems strengthening, or policy engagement in multiple low- or middle-income countries (LMICs)
• Proven experience securing government support for health or social programs, either independently or through partnerships in LMICs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information, including with KPIs and/or other monitoring & evaluation tools
