Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to build a loyal, active, and engaged community around our project. The position involves managing Telegram chats and Discord servers, providing user support, and fostering an environment that improves customer retention.

Requirements

• Manage Telegram chats and Discord servers
• Maintain a positive atmosphere, enforce communication rules, and handle content moderation
• Engage with the existing audience by encouraging dialogue, running polls, quizzes, and facilitating discussions
• Develop and implement ideas to increase activity
• Post timely updates, including announcements, promotions, and changes to project mechanics
• Respond promptly to user questions and address complaints or suggestions
