Part Time Night Auditor-2 Days a week

The Night Auditor is responsible for managing all end-of-day accounting for the property, balancing daily transactions, compiling financial reports, and providing excellent guest service. This role also involves security, guest check-in/check-out, and maintaining property cleanliness. They are expected to handle a variety of tasks related to guest interactions, accounting, and security.

Requirements

• Ensure each guest receives excellent service.
• Reconcile department charges and prepare daily reports.
• Handle cash and maintain organization of front desk.
• Settle guest accounts and collect payment.
• Adhere to all cashiering procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities and local areas.
• Maintain communication with general manager regarding unusual activity.
