The Galleries Visitor Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all museum visitors and monitoring and maintaining museum exhibits and props.
Requirements
- One year of customer service experience.
- Experience working or volunteering with children in an educational or recreational setting.
- Ability to complete basic First Aid training (provided by the Museum).
Benefits
- Commuter Benefit: $40 per month stipend to support expenses in commuting to the museum.
- Weekend Bonus: $5 bonus to hourly rate for weekend shifts after 2 weekend shifts in 2-week pay period.
- Pay Increases: 0.40 cent pay increase after 6 months and 12 months of active employment, and annually following one year of employment.
- Bonus: Service Award Bonus at 14-month mark, 5% of gross earnings in first 14 months of employment.
