We are seeking an Advisor Learning - Transformation Capability and Career Development to support the Transformation Programme at MSD. You will design and deliver learning solutions that meet clear organisational goals, focusing on Learning and Development, and contribute to the growth of critical talent.
Requirements
- Experience designing and deploying learning solutions in a large or complex organisation
- Ability to develop new and innovative ways of learning design
- Experience with using a range of learning technologies, particularly system-based learning
- Confidence using e-learning tools, learning management systems, and multimedia resources
- Great organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a knack for making complex ideas easy to understand
- A track record of evaluating programmes and using feedback to improve outcomes
- Adaptability and a practical, solution-focused approach to challenges
- Integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with care
- An understanding of te ao Māori and a commitment to supporting Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your work (desirable)
