3 years post-admission experience, LLB and NZLS practising certificate, ability to analyse issues and communicate complex information clearly

5-10 years of experience in Employment Relations, with a proven track record of delivering ER strategies and improving people practices

5+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ability to translate strategy into practical processes, and strong communication skills

Tertiary qualification, strong technical expertise, and experience in policy development and strategic thinking

Relevant formal qualification, skills and experience in a relevant industry or previous experience working in a Consular environment or client based services in the US or five plus years experience in administrative or similar role

5+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in policy advice, programme design, and international relations, with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion principles

4+ years of policy experience, background in economics, trade, law, or similar, and experience in trade policy or NTB resolution

Experience in foreign policy development, practice, and delivery, with a deep understanding of New Zealand's foreign policy ecosystem, and proven capability in shaping strategy and policy at an enterprise level
