Vice President, Programs and Portfolio Office(PPO)

MindMed is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel product candidates to treat brain health disorders. We are seeking a Vice President, Programs and Portfolio Office (PPO) to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and execution discipline across our portfolio of clinical and research programs.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or related field (Ph.D., Pharm.D., or M.S.) strongly preferred
• 15+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical program and portfolio management
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional development teams and managing complex program portfolios
• Deep understanding of the drug development process, from IND through NDA and commercialization
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
