Manage candidate process, evaluate skill level, and negotiate offers. Sourcing candidates through networking and internet postings, mentoring recruiting coordinators, and improving customer experience. Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries.
Requirements
- Education: BS/BA in any field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate, agency, or start-up, or related HR field, customer service, education, or field with high volume customer experience
- Proven ability to work in high-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage work time efficiently
- Professionalism, maturity, strong communication skills, and team collaboration
- Prior university recruiting experience, tech recruiting experience, Teach for America experience, Applicant Tracking Systems experience, interest in Diversity and Inclusion, and interest in Technology
