Mindlance is seeking a Database Administrator with 5-7 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree to monitor and optimize system performance, install and maintain database systems, and manage Oracle Hyperion Administrator. Responsibilities include implementing and troubleshooting database instances, replication, backup, partitions, storage, and access, as well as setting user privileges within the database environment.
