The Content and Social Media – Senior Manager will collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content strategy, work closely with marketers to ensure consistency and quality, and develop a cross-CAD social media strategy to grow and engage followers.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in managing digital content and/or social media at a large organization or digital agency
- Self-starter with a track record of leveraging content and social media across mainstream and emerging technologies
- Strong digital writer and editor adept at story-telling and applying SEO best practices
- Experience in content and editorial planning, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
- Collaborative approach and experience in working across multiple teams and functions
- Flexible in responding to a wide range of situations and shifting priorities
- Will to take on multiple roles and perform tasks outside the job description as needed
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, planning and project management skills
- Up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends in content marketing, social media, SEO, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism or Communications
