Requirements
- 2+ years of digital product experience
- Minimum BA/BS degree
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Working knowledge of programming best practices, software development lifecycle, and web, windows service, data transport, and data storage technologies
- Experience understanding and communicating highly technical requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in the financial services industry, specifically brokerage
- Exceptional project management skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong focus on relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player
