The role involves overseeing AI platform selection, leading team development, and ensuring the robust and secure implementation of AI solutions. Emphasis is placed on collaboration, communication, and a culture of ownership and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring AI and Software engineering teams
- Deep understanding of AI models, frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Expertise in designing secure and scalable AI system architectures
- Experience managing projects throughout their lifecycle
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in AI-related technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills
