Requirements
- Manage all sales and marketing activity within assigned market
- Develop new accounts and maintain or expand existing accounts
- Implement and execute all sales initiatives within the market
- Establish and sustain revenue growth and market penetration
- Develop systems and procedures for key accounts
- Prepare reports and market sales forecasts
- Manage and develop local contract sales agents
- Research and analyze market-specific sales factors
- Strengthen and maintain a goal-oriented environment
- Ensure all sales activities are in full compliance with company policies
