Job Description
Mimecast is seeking a Software Engineer - Full Stack to help build the next generation of cloud-scalable security products. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and related technologies, and work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Java development
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins
- Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Strong communication skills with experience in effectively communicating and providing demo on technical concepts
- Strong technical background in software engineering
- Experience in development of microservices using frameworks like spring boot, Micronaut etc..
- Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of development in Java and Kubernetes
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging of customer issues
