Job Description
As a Software Delivery Operations Manager at Mimecast, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent, on-time delivery of software projects. You'll optimize team performance, resource allocation, and CI/CD processes, all while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software delivery management or technical project management within technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to lead development teams to meet delivery commitments and scheduled milestones.
- Expertise in resource allocation, capacity planning, and optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Strong background in agile environments; Scrum/SAFe certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with Jira (admin-level experience), Microsoft Office, Google Sheets; Smartsheet experience a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Adaptability and a passion for driving data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.
