Account Executive, SMB

Mimecast is seeking an SMB Hybrid Account Executive to identify opportunities, close deals, and deliver tailored solutions to SMB accounts while driving revenue growth and retention. The role involves new business acquisition, account growth, pipeline management, customer relationships, collaboration, and leveraging sales tools like Salesforce and Gong.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity or related industries
• Strong relationship-building, objection-handling, and entrepreneurial skills
• Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and CRM platforms
