Job Description
Mimecast is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive revenue by identifying and closing opportunities with mid-market companies in Southern California. The role involves developing opportunities, acquiring clients, managing pipeline, achieving quotas, collaborating with channels, providing market insights, and supporting sales enablement.
Requirements
- Proven success in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales, especially in mid-market business development
- Strong consultative selling skills and understanding of customer needs
- Familiarity with mid-market buying processes and IT procurement
- Experience with Salesforce, Demandbase, Gong, and ZoomInfo
- Located in Southern California with the ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events (valid US driver’s license required)
