Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at Milwaukee Tool. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing monthly activity, building monthly forecasts, and communicating results to the financial leadership team. They will also work with cross-functional departments to investigate and determine root cause of monthly financial variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening)
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel knowledge
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
