Job Description
Ticket Takers serve as the first point of contact for guests attending events at the ballpark, greeting guests, verifying and collecting valid tickets, and providing basic information about the venue and event.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest service and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 16 years of age
