Field Service Engineer *PC 1098

As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide technical support and assistance to customers in the field, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements

• HS Diploma required
• 2 years formalized technical training or education
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a customer-facing technical support role
• Ability to operate a computer with Windows operating system, Outlook email, internet, and basic MS Office products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Eligibility to legally work in the United States, and to travel internationally for work
