MedInsight is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead the sales organization. The successful candidate will design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead a team of sales representatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare or analytics industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Experience in coaching, training and performance management.
- In-depth understanding of the digital healthcare and analytics space.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
- Ability to adapt to shifting market trends and align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
