Job Description
Coordinate the Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming Continuum of Care and maximize community participation. Conduct monthly Continuum of Care meetings, maintain and increase participation in HMIS database, create reports and analyze data, communicate with HAWNY, and network with Landlords.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Human Services
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services
- Experience in the Human Services field
- Knowledge of persons with disabilities, federal and state laws pertaining to the rights of people with disabilities
