We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage the Mexico region for our fast-growing global sales organization. The role requires an authentic leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the VMS, physical security, or integration industries, with experience in the LATAM market.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the VMS, physical security, or integration industries with experience in the LATAM market.
- Established professional relationships with integrators, consultants, A&Es, and manufacturer reps across LATAM.
- Deep knowledge of video surveillance trends, Milestone’s platform (XProtect, Arcules, Briefcam), and our ecosystem of technical integration partners.
- Ability to manage competitive pressures from Genetec, Avigilon, Axis, Lenel, Hanwha, and others.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required. MBA preferred in a related field
- Minimum 3 years field sales and/or sales management experience within technology.
- Minimum 5 years of personnel management experience including remote staff.
- Knowledge of CRM databases (preferably Salesforce.com).
- Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Portuguese is a plus.
