Job Description
This role is for a Clinic Manager for a Medical Clinic client in Surrey, BC, Canada. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure quality patient care, manage staff, and lead financial and HR functions. They are expected to be a proactive and skilled leader passionate about healthcare.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a medical office or clinic setting in a Leadership role
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and deliver measurable improvements.
- Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Familiarity with healthcare management principles and practices.
- Experience with financial management including budgeting and fiscal oversight within a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in medical administrative support functions including scheduling, billing, and coding processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating competing priorities.
- Experience with payroll software (Payworks) an asset
- Tech-savvy and experienced with implementing and optimizing systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems
