As Contract Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing contracts and service partners across all Milence hubs, ensuring high-quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and smooth operations for customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in contract management
- Proven track record in identifying and negotiating with contractors/service providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in onboarding reliable service providers and ensuring quality results
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional European languages a plus
