We are seeking a technically minded and adaptable CRM Specialist to manage, configure, and guide the development of our Dynamics 365 CRM system.
Requirements
- Education in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365, including reporting and integrations with finance/sales systems
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical topics with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
