Job Description
The Talent Development Manager will support the Alternative Investments practice group within the Legal Personnel Department. This role involves interacting with employees, providing developmental and training feedback, and ensuring consistent delivery of evaluations. The position is hybrid and requires a JD degree and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Work closely with partners to ensure appropriate development
- Counsel associates on career goals
- Work with Staffing & Training on training program development
- Manage onboarding/exit procedures
- Adhere to time-sensitive issues
- Experience in transactional experience strongly preferred
- Flexibility with regards to working hours
