Job Description
MiFinity is seeking a data-driven and customer-focused Loyalty and Retention Manager to join our Marketing team in Malta. The successful candidate will own and manage the MiFinity loyalty programme and lead all retention marketing initiatives across the business.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing role.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap, Braze, Hubspot).
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive marketing decisions.
