Traveling Primary Care Scribe

We are looking for a Scribe to join our growing team at Midwest Eye Consultants. The Scribe will assist the doctor by transcribing data into the patient medical record and perform various administrative and clinical functions.

Requirements

• Accurately enter information into EHR as dictated by the doctor
• Assist optometrist and ophthalmologist with patient procedures
• Escort patients to Optical and introduce to the Optician
• Coordinate patient scheduling and monitor patient flow
• Prepare exam room and maintain inventory of medications and supplies
• Provide a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Perform other duties as determined by the office manager or team lead
