The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs diagnostic imaging using radionuclides to assist in patient diagnosis or treatment. They ensure high-quality images for licensed practitioners, provide patient care, and follow medical ethics to complete procedures successfully.
Requirements
- Licensed by the IL State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners
- Registered by ARRT and/or NMTCB
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication skills
