Job Description
MidPlaza Holding is seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring decisions. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and maintaining a strong candidate network. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and strategic skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.
