Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pipe Layer to join our growing construction company. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to travel, and dependability. Some projects may require working out of town.
Requirements
- 3+ years previous experience as a pipe layer
- Experience and ability to lay push joint pipe including water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer.
- Experience and familiarity with laying different types of push joint pipe including concrete, PVC, clay, and ductile iron.
- Experience and familiarity with laying pipe to grade using a laser.
- Experience and familiarity with various types of pipe testing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
