Midland Garage Door is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to play a key role in fostering employee engagement, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and helping our team thrive in a positive, growth-minded environment.

Requirements

• Serve as an approachable resource to all employees
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture
• Conduct comprehensive new hire orientations
• Lead employee relations efforts
• Oversee the annual performance review process
• Manage all types of employee leave
• Maintain up-to-date and organized employee personnel files
• Collaborate on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies
• Provide backup support to the Payroll and Benefits Specialist, Recruiter, and offsite HR Generalist
