Perform the assembly or sub-assembly of medical device and products in a senior level position under limited supervision. Follow manufacturing instructions, record data, and communicate with leads and supervisors as required.
Requirements
- Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble products or prototypes
- Record data associated with the building of products
- Communicate with leads and supervisors when issues are encountered
- Work with engineers and supervisors to perform special assembly requests
- Follow all related quality, compliance, and Company policies and procedures
- Understand Operations objectives and work with team members to achieve overall production goals
- Learn and maintain knowledge and skills to perform at least six (6) manufacturing procedures successfully
- Train other assemblers on certified manufacturing procedures
- Meet all performance standards and metrics by using time and resources efficiently
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
