Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Engineer, Failure Analysis, to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing yield analysis for next-generation Micron products, driving failure analysis initiatives, and collaborating with metrology and RDA teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 - 7 years experience in Failure Analysis or PFA
- Fluency in Python, JavaScript, C or C++
- Experience with JMP statistic software is desirable
