Product Manager, Digital Transformation

Micron Technology is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Transformation to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of digital solutions for procurement, including autonomous sourcing. The role requires a Master's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar area of study, and 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation roles.

Requirements

• Define and implement the product roadmap for AI-driven procurement initiatives, including autonomous sourcing and sourcing optimization.
• Identify and incubate innovative digital solutions through rapid experimentation and POCs.
• Lead the transition of successful POCs into scalable, enterprise-ready products.
• Collaborate with sourcing managers, category leads, and IT to identify struggles and opportunities for digital transformation.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled tools that enhance procurement efficiency and decision-making.
• Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing procurement systems and enterprise architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable product features and user experiences.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to drive enhancements and resolve issues.
• Provide training and change management support to ensure smooth rollout and user engagement.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procurement digitalization.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the procurement organization.
