Requirements
- Partner with IT support to solve issues affecting Micron production activities.
- Proactively monitor and drive performance of AMHS and equipment KPI and address any issues in a timely manner.
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tools sets.
- Assist in AMHS/tool installation, relocation, and upgrades.
- Assist AMHS equipment and vendor support on long term down equipment and chronic process issues.
- Improve tool uptime through quality workmanship and systematic problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Document all maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs.
- Keep the Lead Engineer/Manager updated on all AMHS related issues and long term down status.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Be an active participant in the EHSS program by reporting all EHSS-related concerns or problems immediately.
- Be proactive in reducing incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards, or environmental releases (Job Hazard Analysis; JHA).
- Take the initiative to assume added responsibilities.
- Set up equipment maintenance guideline.
- Establish and improve equipment repair system.
- Management, improvement, and cost reduction for machine parts.
- Equipment repair and abnormal condition handling.
- Enhance equipment capacity and performance.
- Assist in-house teaching, OHT test, and STB removal/reinstall for new tool release.
