Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist with on-site support to assist our mother company. The role includes greeting participants, coordinating training and event activities, and performing various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Completed education in the commercial field, event field, or tourism sector, or be a career changer
- Fluent German in writing and speaking
- Very good English (B2 level)
- Well-developed organizational skills
- High service orientation and communication skills
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Initial experience in customer service
