Job Description
The Director of Contracts and Accreditation will oversee all contractual and accreditation efforts, working closely with the CEO and executive team. This role focuses on procuring new business, strengthening program operations, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and accrediting standards. The director will also manage budget, conduct market analysis, and develop strategic initiatives to enhance MCHS's service delivery.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or related field or in Business, Finance, or health care administration.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with five (5) in nonprofit management
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Counseling, or related field or in Business, Finance, or health care administration.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with five (5) in nonprofit management
- Licensure in his/her respective field.
- Strong computer and software applications (MS Office).
