As a Senior P/C Premium Control Specialist, you will provide extraordinary customer experience to policyholders and agents, manage and ensure the accuracy of premium-related financial processes, and lead the department in quality service and lead by example.

Requirements

• Maintain advanced knowledge of departmental processing methods, industry standards and regulations, procedures, and Farm Bureau product lines and software.
• Expertly ensure timely and accurate processing of advanced premium control tasks and resolve premium discrepancies.
• Take ownership of complex customer complaints and inquiries and ensure they are handled proactively, accurately, and efficiently.
