Job Description
The FNOL Claims Representative will take new claims submitted to the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Unit via telephone, website, and accord form from Michigan Farm Bureau and Great Lakes Agribusiness customers. The representative will use outstanding customer service skills to capture the first notice of loss and engage in active listening to confirm or clarify information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in call center or customer service environment
- Excellent typing skills and minimum 50 wpm
- Proven strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
