Job Description
Michael Baker International is seeking a Bridge Practice Manager to oversee infrastructure projects in the bridge & structural service line. The role involves technical oversight, project management, contract negotiation, and client communication for various clients. This position has the potential to grow into a Department Manager role.
Requirements
- BS degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Master’s in Structural Engineering
- 10+ years of progressive structural related design experience
- P.E. license in NJ, NY, or PA (desired)
- P.E. license desirable
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Midas, AASHTOWare Bridge Rating, STAAD, and other similar software
