Bridge Intern

Michael Baker International is seeking a part-time Bridge Intern to support their structural engineering team in Detroit, MI. The intern will assist with various projects, including calculations, drawings, and data collection, under the guidance of a project manager or senior team member. This is an entry-level role offering opportunities to learn and contribute to real-world bridge design.

Requirements

• Enrolled in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or MicroStation design software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
