Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer- Controls to join our team at Lanco. As a key technical role, you will contribute to the development of high-performance applications for real-time IoT data processing and 3D visualizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with heavy machinery systems and be comfortable engaging with hardware in the field.
Requirements
- Mentor other software engineers specializing in programmable hardware and displays
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle for industrial automation projects
- Collaborate closely with vehicle systems experts, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Implement best practices and standards for programming
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Develop and maintain relationships with external industry software and automation partners
